We are The Snyder 5.
A family of Snyders, five of them, in fact. Not the Synders or Schneiders (as some people tend to search for us that way, but no biggie, we get that a lot). This blog started back in 2007 as simply a fun way to announce to family and friends that we were no longer a family of four, but would soon be a family of five.
It has been a way to document our lives since.
Molly (me, who will now strangely refer to myself in the third person) works full-time in marketing and public relations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. She has worked in marketing for retail, agencies, health care and consulting in Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul.
She writes about parenting, marketing, observations about life, being a parent that works outside the home, raising boys, living green and organization.
Molly considers herself a person first. Not a blogger, wife, mom (and certainly not a mommy), spokesperson or marketer. Sure, those are all parts of who she is. That said, all of those roles and experiences give her a unique expertise as a blog author and social media enthusiast.
Molly is media trained and is a strong public speaker (tidbit: she even competed in speech on the national level way back when her age ended in the word "teen").
