Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

When I decided to throw my little blog fundraising party, I had no idea what to expect.

And your response to our modest little blog blew me away.

In just 2 1/2 days we had enough people comment, follow us and "fan" us on Facebook to encourage us to donate $156.00 (including Noah's $3 and Caleb's (Mom, I really don't have any money, but I want to do something) $1.)

Originally, my plan had been to donate the funds to the Red Cross.  However, I have been doing more research on Feed My Starving Children, where I am volunteering tomorrow night.  And for $170, you can provide 1,000 meals (yes, they are able to do meals for 17 cents).  So we're going to just round up and donate $170 to them.  And I couldn't be happier or feel prouder.  Thank you.

You all did help us to do more than we might have otherwise thought we could do.

And thanks to my parents for joining in, too.  You, many years ago, taught me the spirit of philanthropy and I appreciate your desire to help.

For those of you who found us through this effort, I hope you'll stick around.  I promise I am not normally this heavy.

But again, thank you.
